Therefore, you must comply with hospital rules specified below, will improve the quality of services we offer.

  1. Hospital Policlinic Hours Morning: 08:30 - 12:00 Afternoon: 13: 00-16: 00.
  2. Hospital visiting hours are 13: 30-14: 30 and 19:00 - 20:00 is.
  3. The patient who are inpatient in intensive care unit  may be allowed to visit after a short period of time and necessary precautions are taken ıf he physician give permission.  The physician and healthcare staff decide the duration of visit and the measures to be taken.
  4. children under the age of 10 as a visitor is inconvenient for them to come to our hospital.
  5. The presence of many visitors at the same time in patient rooms is inconvenient for the health of your patient and other patients.
  6. Keep the visit duration as short as possible.
  7. Our requests for visits are necessary to ensure that the service is carried out without interruption, as well as to eliminate the factors that threaten your health.
  8.  Do not bring food and beverages outside the hospital unless required by our doctors.
  9.  Tobacco products and smoking is prohibited inside the hospital to the related laws.
  10. After the hospitalization service has been performed, you must inform the service nurse if you have to leave your room or floor for any reason. In order to get out of the hospital, permission must be obtained from the hospital administration. Discharge procedure will be performed for unauthorized patients.
  11. It is forbidden the use of electric appliance like kettle etc. in your room, as it may cause health problems and technical problems.
  12. You can report all your needs (bath, barber, etc.) to the service nurse who takes care of you during your stay in our hospital.
